Leave a little room for the strange.
James drew Enter for Beauty on a huge sheet of poster board, then gave the original to a neighbor who brought over his misdelivered mail. Its impossible geometry, wandering figures and bursts of color also became the artwork for When I Wake.
The painting fills the chest, with silver contours reflected down the sleeves and centered across the back. A dark outer hood opens onto the painting’s brighter colors. An old favorite, finding its way out into the world again.
Original hand-drawn mixed-media art by Jams2blues. Recycled polyester-blend fabric with a relaxed fit.
